Ala-Hazrat Syedna Pir Meher Ali Shah (R.A) of Golra Sharif’s Sher:

Subhan Allah Ma ajmala ka,
Ma Ahsaana Ka, Ma Akmala ka,
Kithay Mehr-e-Ali Kithay Teri Sana,
Gustaakh Akhiyan Kithay Ja Ariyan.

Ya Shamso Nazrate Ila Layli,
Chun Ba Tai’Bah Rasi Arze Ba Kuni,
Tori Jyot Ki Jhal, Jhal Jag Mein Rachi,
Meri Shab Ne Na Din Hona Jaana.

Laka Badrun Fil Wajhil Ajmal,
Khat Haaley Maah Zulf Abre Ajal,
Tore Chandan Chandra Par Kundal,
Rehmat Ki Bharan Barsa Jaana.

Ya Kaafelati Zidi Ajalak,
Rahme Bar Hasrate Tishna Labak,
Mora Jiyera Larje Dharak, Dharak,
Tai’Bah Se Abhi Na Suna Jaana.

Kalam e Ala Hazrat - lyrics with english translation: Lam Yaati Nazeeruka Fee Nazarin

Kalam: Sarkaar mera Aala Hazrat Ahmed Raza Barelvi Alaihissalam

The One And Only Poem In Praise Of The Holy Prophet, Written In 4 Languages

Countless Blessings And Peace Be Upon my Holy Prophet, His Noble Companions, His Noble Progeny, And All Those Who Rightly Follow Him, Until The Last Day.

Lam Ya’Ati Naziro Kafi Nazrin,
Misle To Na Shud Paida Jaana.
Jag Raaj Ko Taaj Torey Sar So,
Hai Tujh Ko Shahey Do Sara Jaana

No eyes have ever seen your likeness
No one like you has ever been born
The crown of the world's reign is on your head
We know You are known as the King of both realms

Al Bahro Alaa wal Mavjo Tagha,
Man Bekaso Tufaan Hosh Ruba,
Manjdhaar Mein Houn Ya Rasulallah,
Manjdhaar Mein Houn Bigri Hai Hawaa,
Mori Nayya Paar Laga Jaana

The sea is rising and the waves are tumultuous
I am helpless and the storm is terrifying
I am in the middle of the storm and a gale is blowing
Please help my ship get to the other side

Ya Shamso Nazrate Ila Layli,
Chun Ba Tai’Bah Rasi Arze Ba Kuni,
Tori Jyot Ki Jhal, Jhal Jag Mein Rachi,
Meri Shab Ne Na Din Hona Jaana

O Sun, you have observed my night
When you reach Taibah, relate my plight!
With your radiance, the whole world is alight
But my darkness has seen no daylight!

Laka Badrun Fil Wajhil Ajmal,
Khat Haaley Maah Zulf Abre Ajal,
Tore Chandan Chandra Par Kundal,
Rehmat Ki Bharan Barsa Jaana

The full moon rises in your face, most handsome;
The beard is a halo, the tresses rain-clouds, heavy!
Your sandalwood hued, moon-like face shows the signs;
So now let fall the torrents of mercy!

Ana Fi Atshiv Wa Sakha Ka Atam,
Aey Gesu-Aey Paak, Aey Abr e Karam,
Barsan Haare Rimjhim, Rimjhim,
Do Boond Idhar Bhi Gira Jaana

I am a thirsty and dry ground
O! The one with holy trees O! The cloud of kindness
The rain (of your kindness) fall in showers
Please also drop a few driblets (of kindness) on me

Al Qalbo Shyjivm Wal Hamo Shujut,
Dil Dar Chuna Jaan Zer Chuno,
Pat Apni Bhi Pat Mein Kaaisay Kahoun,
Mera Koun Hai Teray Siva Jaana

My heart is suffering from fierce anguishes
My heart is harassed and my life is under obsessions
Who should I tell my sad story to?
Who else is mine? But only you. O! Beloved Prophet (S.A.W)

Ar Rooho Fida Ka Fazid Harka,
Yak Shola Digar Barzan Ishqa,
Mora Tan, Man, Dhan, Sab Phoonk Diya,
Yeh Jaan Bhi Pyaare Jala Jaana.

O! The serenity of my soul, my fire is dying
There is only one flame, rest are only sparks
You have enlightened my heart, body, and every attachment
Please come and enlighten my soul as well, O! Beloved Prophet (S.A.W)

Bas Khaama E Khaam Navaa E ‘Raza’
Na Ye Tarz Meri Na Ye Rang Mera
Irshaad E Ahibba Naatik Tha
Nachar Is Raah Padaa Jaana

The poem of ‘Raza’ is crude, unskilled
this is not my style nor is this my method
The directive of friends prodded me thus
Compelled, this is the path I had to tread!
